Registration, Planning and Case Management

Registration on the RealAligner platform

Introduction
In order for professionals to start using the RealAligner platform, it is necessary to complete an initial registration process through the official website. The steps to follow are detailed below.

1. Access to the website

The customer should log on to Real Aligner’s website: www.realaligner.com.

2. Portal Login

Once inside the site, go to the top right and click on the “Portal” option.

3. User registration

Within the portal, the customer will be able to initiate the “New Customer Registration” process . The customer will be prompted to complete a user registration form with the following information:

  • Full name
  • TAX ID
  • Company name
  • Specialty
  • Member number
  • Are you certified in orthodontics?
  • Fiscal Management:
    (Note: the fiscal address may differ from the delivery address, which can be specified later).
    • Complete address
    • Country
    • Phone / Mobile
    • E-mail address
    • Contact person
    • Is the delivery address different?

At the end, you must accept the terms and conditions and click “Submit”.

4. Confirmation by e-mail

Once the form has been submitted, the system will automatically send a confirmation e-mail to the user.
⚠️ It is important to note that this message may arrive in the “Junk Mail” or “Spam” folder .

5. Password creation

In the email received, the user will find a temporary password. By accessing the link, he/she will be able to create a new personalized password, with which he/she will be able to enter the portal.

6. Access to the portal

From that moment on, the client will be able to access the portal using his e-mail address and the password created.

🔔 Considerations

  • The registration is not activated automatically.
    The registration must be validated manually by a member of our team in charge of the activation process.
  • If registration is completed after 17:00 hours, the activation email will be sent the following morning.
  • Registrations made during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
  • Activations are performed exclusively during working hours.
